My soulmate workout on the LIVE! with Kelly show?! What an awesome way to kick off 2012!
On January 2, 2012, day one of Fitness Week on LIVE! with Kelly, I got an amazing opportunity to share my soulmate workout with Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos!
In my book Push, I talk a lot about the importance of finding your soulmate workout – a workout you put more effort into because you truly enjoy it. For me, this is Turbo Kick, a workout I originally created for myself, so I could get a killer workout without ever getting bored.
When I got the chance to share Turbo Kick on LIVE! with Kelly, I was beyond excited! Mark and Kelly were super fun, very down to earth, and such great sports. Mark even did the running man!!
What an experience! After wrapping up 2011, I can look back and say that the past year was truly a blessed one. I can’t thank you all enough for your support! With such a great start to 2012, I can only imagine the fun that’s in store this year!
Did you catch my workout on LIVE!?

You’re thanking us for support but I thank you. I may never meet you in person but my 2011 ended much better than it started thanks to TurboFire and your consistent encouragement. I am now on my way to getting my degree in health and fitness and becoming an instructor and life coach, especially for women who have struggled with eating disorders. I found my soulmate workout and, finally, my niche. In your book, you mentioned searching for your “thing”. Well, I’ve found my thing. I may have found it eventually on my own but I found it sooner with your help. And you don’t even know me! Thank you for doing what you do. You are a blessing! I have big things planned for 2012 and I’m PUSHing to get them. You will hear from me again. Happy New Year to you and your staff!

I posted in my Facebook about your appearance on Live!and how your book along with some other “back ups” will help me reach my golas in 2012!!My 9 year old daughter and I cuddled up in bed (our last day of winter break) to watch you! My kids have done Turbo Fire with me and sing the songs!!! I wish you were given more opp. to talk about PUSH b/c I am in love with the book how it is written and how interactive it is like a workbook. I am hoping to Turbo with Jenelle this month, my sis & I live about 2 hours away! Thanks for all you do!

Happy 2012 Chalene!! I am now 4 months into my Turbofire addiction and still loving it. I’ve actually gotten a couple of friends into it as well, who also love it. Yesterday was my first day doing a routine with the hand weights (oh boy!). The one thing I’ve noticed (other than looser clothing and feeling amazing) is that I seem to have developed a craving for sweets which I have never had before. I think this is because my diet mostly consists of protein and veggies (I avoid sugar and sweeteners completely) and I think my body is telling me it needs some carbs to do all of the intense cardio. Is that possible? In any event, although I had maybe 2 or 3 chocolate kisses over the holidays, I have mostly satisfied this with organic apples and a little banana in my green smoothies. I just find it strange because I’ve never been a “sugar person”. Any thoughts? Anyhow – I think you are amazing and I hope the new year brings you health and joy! Please let us know if you ever do touring classes. I’d come see you in a heartbeat.
