The 30 Day Challenge is just what I’ve been looking for! It wasn’t easy, and I have a long way to go, but I now have the tools I need to reach my goals thanks to Chalene! It has been soooo been worth it!! I will repeat the challenge until the steps are permanently etched in my brain. I’ve got my husband and my best friend signed up for the next challenge.
