I listened to this a few days ago and tweaked my diet. What a change! I’ve tried ketogenic diets before but it’s never been this effective. I know Jimmy isn’t a fan of the test strips, but I had some one hand and this is the first time I have measurable ketones. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 4 days. I LOVE what I’m eating (cheese sauce on my sauteed chicken is ok?! YES!) I feel amazing! Thank you both so much!

Interesting. I’m getting myself set up to try this. Have been trying to loose 20# by doing high protein, complex carb and eating every 2 hours. I basically have to hover around home to be able to eat this clean, which is tough when we travel for sports etc. I did ok on it, but as soon as I stopped, I gained my weight back. i really need a lifestyle change vs. a diet. Finger’s crossed this will work!
