I’ve been able to help millions of former couch potatoes turn into raving lunatics for exercise. And here’s the truth…I don’t care if it’s my workout, or some form of outdoor activity, or some crazy thing you invent on your own. Anyone who says there’s is the perfect exercise is only thinking of himself or herself.

Hi!
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the Turbo Fire workouts. Back in May, I decided to get healthy. I was scared I had just had a heart attack (thankfully, that was not the case) and knew I needed to get my butt in gear.
I’m now down 6 dress sizes and 25 pounds! I’ve fallen in LOVE with Turbo Fire and do a workout 6 days a week. I love the hiits and they’re awesome when time is short.
I can’t thank you enough for this amazing program. I’ve found the workout that I absolutely LOVE!

I love running! Sadly I can’t run for a while due to surgery! In the meantime I started PiYo. I absolutely love it! It’s pretty challenging right now, but my goal is tobe able to do the second round without modifying. I love how much stronger I feel, and the flexibility continues to improve.
