My recommendation is to carefully read their reply to you. Look for grammar mistakes, or if it seems to be a copied and pasted response, these are red flags. The next thing I want to talk to you about is finding someone who you can transition into working for you on a full time basis. When taking this step it’s a great idea to use companies such as Virtual Staff Finders and OnlineJobs.ph.
Virtual Staff Finders is the place you go when you are in need of a general virtual assistant. It’s not where you go to find someone to edit videos for you, or someone to just code, or just complete a one-off job. It’s where you go to find someone who can oversee multiple projects.
Onlinejobs.ph a website similar to career builders. Its where you find your part time or full time person in just about any area. So this would be a great place to go to find someone to just edit videos, or code your website, etc.
